Monthly Saturday Morning Yoga Workshop 


Accessible to all levels. Complete beginners need to contact the teacher before booking.
Two hours of yoga including quiet sitting meditation, guided gentle breathing practice (Pranayama) which is also used during the physical practice of yoga (asanas).
Each workshop usually has a different theme and incorporates a variety of postures: standing, sitting and supine postures.
A brief demo by the teacher is followed by guided practice with detailed verbal instructions and precautions. The morning finishes with a final 10-15 mins relaxation.
